WHAT IS PHIMOSIS?

​In intact (uncircumcised) males, phimosis is the impossibility or difficulty of fully exposing the glans ("head" of the penis). Phimosis is usually (though not always) caused by a foreskin opening that is too tight.

does it require MEDICAL INTERVENTION?
